The Patient Tracker contains a complete list of insurance companies in each state. Simply choose the state from the drop down list and the insurance list for that state will populate automatically. There are places to fill in the group number, policy number, marital status, and secondary insurance information for each patient. The information found in the insurance section is pulled into letter templates automatically for each patient such as the LOMN.
